SPSE was developed based on Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010, while PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has its own Goods / Services Procurement Regulations so separate regulations are made that bridge the two regulations so that SPSE can be implemented. In December 2015 changes were made to the Procurement of Goods / Services Regulations of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and at the beginning of 2016 PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) used its own e-Procurement system. Currently in the PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) e-Procurement system several modules are available, including Vendor Management System (VMS), e-Tendering, and e-Catalog.
