Tangerang - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) expressed its deepest condolences for the fall of the Lion Air JT-610 plane in the Jakarta-Pangkal Pinang route on Tanjung Pakis Waters in Karawang carrying 178 adult passengers, 1 child passenger, 2 baby, as well as 2 pilots and 5 crew. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) quickly made a number of efforts to deal with the crisis conditions of the crash of the JT-610 aircraft.

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) strongly supports the efforts of various parties in seeking information about JT-610 aircraft, in this case PT Angkasa Pura II immediately prepared 3 Crisis Center  located in Terminal 1 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport and Airport Depati Amir Pangkal Pinang and operates 1x24 hours where Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the main coordination post as Emergency Operation Center which is a cross-stakeholder post such as Basarnas, Air Navigation, TNI, POLRI, Airport Authority, Lion Air, Ministry of Transportation to Jasa Raharja.

PT Angkasa Pura II's President Director, Muhammad Awaluddin, stated "PT Angkasa Pura II activates 3 crisis posts, the main post is located at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 1 which is a cross-stakeholder coordination post and also a media center for media crews".

Until the third day after the incident, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) had flown 104 people from 63 families from Pangkal Pinang to Jakarta who were relatives of passengers of the Lion Air JT-610 aircraft, besides that PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) also provided accommodation and transportation for the families of passengers from and to R. Said Soekanto Hospital in order to monitor the progress of the JT-610.

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) always prioritizes service for passengers and until now we can inform that flight operations at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport are still running normally.
