Tangerang - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) together with PT Oona Media Indonesia (OONA), today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in order to launch the OONA application service on the Indonesia Airports mobile application owned by Angkasa Pura II. Through this collaboration, hundreds of thousands of Indonesian Airports mobile application users can enjoy entertainment and information content from the OONA mobile application service, which will certainly provide a unique and different digital experience for Indonesian Airport application users.
OONA which is a subsidiary of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (NFCX) partnered with PT Metranet, part of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), currently has more than 1 million users since it began operating in Indonesia in May 2018. Meanwhile, Angkasa Pura II's Indonesia Airports mobile application, which was launched in 2017, is one of Angkasa Pura II's efforts to improve the travel experience of all tourists in 15 airports managed by the corporation. Some features offered by Indonesian Airports include Online Check-in, Flight Information, Transportation Info (Taxi, Skytrain, Shuttle Bus), and various other features to facilitate users.

Users, especially tourists will get this experience through integration with the Indonesia Airports mobile application. "

The services provided through this collaboration are new categories presented by the Indonesia Airports mobile application, namely entertainment content and information services that can be enjoyed by airport visitors. OONA offers local and international TV shows, as well as Video-on-Demand (VOD) content that can be enjoyed free of charge. OONA presents a new way to watch television shows for the people of Indonesia, especially millennials who have high mobility, always want to connect with the latest information, continue to exist in digital socialization, and always rely on technology support for each activity and productivity.
Noerman added, "Plus, this collaboration is one of our efforts to reach airport users throughout Indonesia, which number around 100 million passengers per year. The Indonesia Airports and OONA mobile application will continue to collaborate to maximize the potential that exists and continue to innovate together to reach as many users as possible, especially in terms of providing digital services in the airport area in Indonesia. "
In addition to the integration of interface interfaces, after the signing of the MOU will be carried out also the development of other collaborations such as the launching of Angkasa Pura II Channel that can be enjoyed in the OONA mobile application, one of which is Schedule or Flight Info content. Other cooperation will also be carried out with merchants at the airport to exchange tcoins, reward points from OONA.
PT Angkasa Pura II has also implemented several smart airport concepts for the on-journey process and also the post journey on the Indonesia Airports application where passengers can see their flight details following where the departure gate and passengers can book taxi tickets and see bus schedules, skytrain , shuttle bus, book an in-house parking service. In the future the airport train service schedule will also be a feature that exists in the Indonesia Airports application.
Tcoins are reward points for OONA users every time they watch an advertisement that accompanies the TV broadcast or VOD they choose. tcoins can also be achieved by inviting friends or relatives to download via social media accounts or messaging applications, or by chatting with other users about a show in the available Chat Room. Furthermore, tcoins can be exchanged for discounted coupons at various merchants. This collaboration can encourage traffic for airport visitors to continue to collect as many tcoins as possible in order to redeem vouchers at various airport merchants available in the OONA mobile application.
