As an Angkasa Pura II Airport Service Company always ensures the fulfillment of flight safety and security aspects through the fulfillment of procedures and prioritizes customer satisfaction aspects through best service and consumer protection. The Company deeply understands the importance of maintaining the Company's performance quality and public trust. Improving the quality of services is done by Angkasa Pura II through the provision of public facilities and infrastructure in the airport environment that affect the level of comfort felt by the community as airport service users.
