TANGERANG (BeritaTrans.com) - Three 2019 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards won successfully won by PT Angkasa Pura II for brilliant performance in the global business industry.
First GOLD STEVIE WINNER - Award for Innovation in Customer Service Management, Planning & Practice.
"This award was successfully achieved following the innovation which presented iMATE Lounge (i-Millennial Airport Travel Experience Lounge) which was formerly known as DiLo (Airport Digital Lounge)," explained President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin in Jakarta on Saturday (4/20) 2019).
The second award was BRONZE STEVIE WINNER - Award for the Innovative Use of Technology in Human Resources.
This award was won because it was able to present a simple training program using technology, called Mobile Learning. The Mobile Learning itself can be accessed through the iPerform application which is a special application for AP II employees.
"The last or the third award from the 2019 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards is BRONZE STEVIE WINNER - Award for Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning & Practice," he said.
The implementation of the Ambidextrous Organization is related to an organization use case in AP II where since 2016 ProBis (Project Business) has built an organizational unit, making the award a reality.
These three awards from the 2019 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards prove that digital transformation and human capital in AP II have been successful and are on the right track.
"The transformation carried out by AP II since two years ago is on the right track where we hope that the results of this transformation can make the airports managed by the company become our pride, and parallel to other world-class airports," Awaluddin concluded.
