AP II Provides 100 Percent Cash Back to the Airline During Eid Transportation

05 May 2019, JAKARTA - welcoming Ramadan, PT Angkasa Pura II prepared special incentives during Lebaran transportation, in the form of cash back given to airlines that operate extra flights.

Cash back is given to fleets with narrow bodies during the 2019 Lebaran transport period. The amount of cash back is 100 percent of the cost of landing aircraft services.

"We provide special cash back for extra flights in order to ease airline operations and on the other hand the number of flights increases so as to ensure the availability of seats for travelers," said PT Angkasa Pura II Managing Director Muhammad Awaluddin, quoted by the Business press quoted Sunday (5 / 5/2019).

Prior to this, AP II had also provided incentives, and was still valid also during Lebaran transportation.

New Route Incentives: Cash back 100% of aircraft landing services for 1 year is also given to airlines that open new routes at Angkasa Pura II airport, except West Java International Airport and Soekarno-Hatta domestic routes.
New Airlines Entrance Incentives: Cash back aircraft landing services are also given to airlines that have just entered Angkasa Pura II airport, except West Java International Airport.
Red Eye Incentives: 100% cash back on landing service rates and 1 year aircraft placement services for airlines that make departures / arrivals at 24.00-04.00 LT at Soekarno-Hatta.
Unschedule Flight Incentives: 100% cash back on landing service fees for non-scheduled flights, except if done at West Java International Airport.
Muhammad Awaluddin said that various incentives provided were one of AP II's innovations to increase flight traffic. This incentive will also be able to increase low cost carrier traffic in AP II airports in the future, especially after the operation of Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as a Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT).

"The 2F terminal officially became the first LCCT in Indonesia on May 1, 2019. We design this LCCT to ease operational costs so that LCC airlines can be more focused and maximal in serving travelers, which in turn will increase the amount of traffic."

Meanwhile from the business customer side, AP II will build the Halal Park area precisely at Plaza Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

"Through the theme of Experience Ramadhan, we want to present a different experience for travelers and airport visitors. One of the new ones is the existence of Halal Park in Soekarno-Hatta, "he added.

Halal Park Phase I will open at the end of May 2019 at Plaza Terminal 3, presenting 40 tenants from various business fields including food and beverage, retail, fashion, beauty, BUMN banking, Islamic banking, MSMEs, Pawnshops, Zakat-based, to co -working space and so on.

Later this Halal Park will have a total of 120 tenants who stand on an area of ​​8,000 square meters.

"Halal Park is not just a place to shop, but also introduces religious values ​​including through Islamic music and also the existence of institutions that accept the distribution of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah," explained Muhammad Awaluddin.

According to him, Halal Park is also the forerunner of the establishment of the Lifestyle Lifestyle District at Soekarno-Hatta Airport which consists of 4-star and 3-star hotels, function hall, office space, and halal & lifestyle retail. "The entire project is targeted for completion in 2021."
