The success of the pilgrimage this year cannot be separated from the innovations implemented by AP II, especially in the period of departure 7 July 2019 - 6 August 2019 at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
In Soekarno-Hatta, Angkasa Pura II and the government of Saudi Arabia provide facilities such as a special lounge to simplify and speed up the process of departure of prospective pilgrims.
The lounge facility, located in Terminal 2D, has a capacity of 1,500 people and is equipped with 15 immigration counters and a pre-clearance system to accelerate immigration services in Saudi Arabia.
