"Flight restrictions are still in effect at the airport of PT Angkasa Pura II until June 7, 2020, in the sense that domestic aircraft passengers must meet a number of requirements and complete various documents," said President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin, in his written statement, Monday (1/6 / 2020).

PT Angkasa Pura II informs, during the flight restriction period, people who can travel by plane are those who work in government or private institutions related to the acceleration of handling Covid-19; defense, security and public order; health; basic needs; basic service support; and service important economic functions.

Patients who need emergency health services or travel for people who are exiting the core are seriously ill or have died, are also allowed to travel. In addition, Indonesian Migrant Workers who will return to their area of ​​origin are also allowed to travel on domestic routes by first fulfilling the requirements.

In connection with this exception, PT Angkasa Pura II along with other stakeholders will check the required documents as stated in SE 05/2020, such as:

1. Letter of assignment for ASN and TNI / Polri signed by a minimum of echelon 2 Officials

2. Letter of assignment for employees of BUMN / BUMD / UPT / Satker / non-governmental organizations / business institutions, signed by the director / head of office

3. Show a certificate of Reverse Transcription - Polymese Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test with a negative result that is valid for 7 days or a certificate of Rapid-Test test with non-reactive results valid for 3 days upon departure

4. Symptom-free certificate such as influenza (influenza-like illness) from doctors of hospitals / health centers for areas that do not have PCR Test / Rapid Test facilities.

5. For those who do not represent government or private institutions must make a statement signed on a stamp and known to the Head of the Village / Local Village

6. Showing a valid KTP or other identification

7. Report travel plans

Meanwhile, the hospital referral certificate must also be completed for patients or persons who are severely ill. For people who want to travel because a family member dies, they are asked to complete a death certificate.

PT Angkasa Pura II, in the future, will apply a digital document check, for prospective passengers on domestic routes in the middle of a pandemic. Related to this, on Sunday 31 May 2020, a digital inspection simulation was conducted on the documents of prospective passengers.

"The process at this time is for potential passengers to bring all the documents to be checked at the airport. In the future, digital checks will be carried out, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.

"With digital inspection, prospective passengers on domestic routes can upload documents that must be met to the Travel Declaration (Travelation) application, and if approved, prospective passengers will receive a digital pre-clearance certificate that can be opened in the gadget, for inspection at the airport. Through digitalization the process becomes more concise but still tight, and ensures the realization of physical distancing, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.

The simulation will be carried out again tomorrow until the process runs perfectly and then enters the trial phase and then the implementation.
