Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government Facilitation Team in Government Non-Budget Investment Financing (PINA) in order to facilitate the financing of government non-budget investments towards recipients of capital.
Represented by the President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), also representing the PINA, Chief Executive of the Government Facilitation Team in Government Non-Budget Investment Financing, Mr. Eko Putro Adijayanto.
With the signing of the memorandum of understanding, both parties can carry out a commitment to encourage and bring together potential investors to accelerate the implementation of Angkasa Pura II infrastructure projects.
President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), Muhammad Awaluddin explained that Angkasa Pura II and PINA will collaborate in carrying out the development of a number of projects found in AP II so that the acceleration of infrastructure development related to airports becomes more efficient and optimal. "We are grateful that the strategic partnership investment participation pattern is a positive alternative solution in the context of developing production equipment and assets to continue to grow. We are aware that it is impossible to rely on self financing. It must involve many parties to share opportunities. This is a win-win concept. can work faster in running an investment program. "
The facilitation of PINA comes with an investment-based financing mechanism without using the State and Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The presence of this MoU will certainly accelerate BUMN projects and National Strategic Projects.
In his speech, Eko Putro Adijayanto, the PINA party also felt the enthusiasm in the collaboration that will be established with Angkasa Pura II. Eko said, "The non-APBN financing program is of concern to Mr. President so that our presence through this MoU is right on target. For us to know, the APBN fiscal space is limited. So if it only depends on the state budget there will be ineffectiveness in terms of financing. Then there must be alternative financing. It's a pleasure to have happened so that you don't take advantage of this positive momentum to realize the collaboration that we have designed together. "
Until now, PINA has facilitated a number of investments with a total value of 15.7 trillion rupiah. The ongoing investment projects not only come from BUMNs but also non-governmental institutions engaged in infrastructure, including national strategy projects.
In the future, there are 11 Angkasa Pura II project pipelines with a value of 4.7 trillion rupiah that have the potential to be able to be run with a pattern of alternative financing cooperation similar to the pattern of cooperation with PINA.
