A Week PSBB DKI Jakarta & Ahead of the Jabodetabek PSBB, This Service Updates at Soekarno-Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma

Jakarta - Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in DKI Jakarta have been implemented around the week or during 10-17 April 2020.
Before the enactment of DKI Jakarta PSBB, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Tangerang) and Halim Perdanakusuma (Jakarta) first made a number of adjustments so that the two airports could continue to operate smoothly and optimally during the week running of the PSBB.
PT Angkasa Pura II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said that the two airports have been able to maintain air transportation connectivity in the Capital City to serve a variety of flights.
"Various adjustments have been made before so that when the PSBB takes effect in DKI Jakarta, operations will run smoothly. These two airports play a vital role in supporting the national aviation sector, "explained Muhammad Awaluddin.
PT Angkasa Pura II is also optimistic that the two airports can accelerate the full implementation of PSBB in Tangerang Raya (Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang) which starts tomorrow, Saturday 18 April 2020.
"As one of the largest centers of activity for Jabodetabek residents, Soekarno-Hatta together with Halim Perdanakusuma will accelerate the full implementation of PSBB in Greater Tangerang. We are implementing social restrictions at the two airports so that they are integrated with the implementation of PSBB in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang Raya, "said Muhammad Awaluddin.
In general, Soekarno-Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma strongly supported the implementation of DKI Jakarta and Tangerang Raya PSBB.

- Soekarno-Hatta Airport trains: Railink has not operated temporarily the airport train time since April 12, 2020.
As for supporting the implementation of the Tangerang Raya PSBB, starting April 15, 2020, the operation of the Skytrain connecting Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 was suspended.
In addition, the Soekarno-Hatta M1 Transit Oriented Development (TOD) was also temporarily closed from 18 April 2020 at 00.00 WIB to support the Greater Tangerang PSBB. Closing is in effect as long as the Tangerang Raya PSBB is applied.
In line with the closure of TOD M1, motorcyclists and pedestrians can enter and exit the Soekarno-Hatta Airport area through temporary access located in the M1 TOD area.

PT Angkasa Pura II also informed that
Since April 9, 2020, Customer Assistant services at PT Angkasa Pura II airports have been conducted virtually with video calls from before, face to face.
This innovation is called Virtual Customer Assistant (VICA) and is the latest feature of the Indonesia Airports (INAirports) application. Correspondingly, VICA can be accessed anywhere and anytime through INAirports on iOS and android gadgets.
Besides on iOS, VICA can also be accessed through the site and the Zoom application.
