AP II VP of Corporate Communication Yado Yarismano said that all AP II airports have operated Airport Health Centers for prospective aircraft passengers to be able to carry out COVID-19 tests.

"The existence of the Airport Health Center is to support prospective aircraft passengers to fulfill the obligation to test COVID-19 and ensure the realization of healthy flights so that the national aviation sector can continue to contribute and support community activities."

"Especially at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, which is the largest airport in Indonesia and an anchor airport for domestic flights in the midst of this pandemic, we opened 8 Airport Health Center service points with 3 alternative services, namely Pre-order service, Walk in service and Drive thru service to make it easier. prospective airplane passengers carry out a COVID-19 test, ”said Yado Yarismano.

At the Airport Health Center at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, prospective passengers can perform RT-PCR with results no later than H + 1 after the sample is taken, and antigen rapid test with results 15 minutes after the sample is taken.

The 8 Airport Health Center points at Soekarno-Hatta Airport are located at: Terminal 1 (Walk in service); Terminal 2 Skytrain Station (Walk in service); 2D Terminal (Pre-order Service); SMMILE Center Terminal 3 (Walk in service); Terminal 3 Umrah Lounge Area (Pre-order service); Terminal 3 Parking Lot (Drive thru service); Terminal 2 Parking Lot (Drive thru service); Terminal 1 Parking Lot (Drive thru service).

The Airport Health Center at Soekarno-Hatta Airport which is operated by Kimia Farma and Indofarma is a registered health facility at the Ministry of Health, so that the results of the COVID-19 test carried out there can be uploaded to the eHAC application for digital validation by Ministry of Health officials so that candidates airplane passengers do not need to queue to perform manual validation at the terminal.

"We hope that with the availability of quite a number of Airport Health Centers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport and other AP II airports, coupled with the ease of validation by Ministry of Health officials through eHAC, prospective aircraft passengers can meet the applicable health protocols," said Yado Yarismano.

AP II is preparing to anticipate the need for a COVID-19 test at airports managed by the company.

Beware of fake mail
PT Angkasa Pura II appealed to passengers to be careful of any fraudulent attempts related to the test result letter, then reject the practice of brokering that offers fake test result letters, and not to falsify test results.

"The COVID-19 test as a travel requirement should be fulfilled by every prospective airplane passenger by conducting a test at a health facility. We must not provide a place for false certificates, ”said Yado Yarismano.
