The Crisis Center Post at Soekarno-Hatta Airport is located in the arrival area of ​​Terminal 2D, and also functions as a meeting location for airlines with passenger families.

Soekarno-Hatta Airport Executive General Manager Agus Haryadi said the Crisis Center Post operates every day for 24 hours (24/7).
