The wider community can now easily ask for business opportunities at AP II Airport, just via Whatsapp

22 Feb 2022

AP II launched Commercial Care to provide information on various commercial activities within the company and support the acceleration of business recovery in the midst of a pandemic

Jakarta - PT Angkasa Pura II, the operator of 20 airports in Indonesia, is strengthening commercial governance to support the accelerated business recovery strategy this year.

On Monday, February 22, 2022, AP II launched a Commercial Care unit that specifically provides services and information related to commercial activities at all of the company's airports, including subsidiaries.

Commercial Care can be reached by all AP II business partners, business entities and the general public to find out information about business opportunities at AP II airport, commercial services, and various other commercial activities.

Commercial Care services are available via Whatsapp at 0811884138 and Instagram at @commercialcareap2.

“AP II's business is getting wider, especially the non-aeronautical business. This year we are also trying to accelerate business recovery. In line with these two things, it is time for AP II to have a special channel or channel that provides information or complaints related to commercial aspects in order to maintain standards and ensure business development continues to pay attention to various inputs, "said AP II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin.

As is known, AP II's business includes core businesses, namely the non-aeronautical business and the aeronautical business.

Non-aeronautical businesses contributed from commercial areas, advertising space, cargo transportation, as well as subsidiary businesses, namely PT Angkasa Pura Solusi, PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi, PT Angkasa Pura Properti and PT Angkasa Pura Kargo.

Meanwhile the aeronautical business comes from PJP2U (Aircraft Passenger Services) or also known as PSC (Passenger Service Charge), and PJP4U (Aircraft Landing, Placement and Storage Services).

“Commercial Care will be the official door of information for various commercial aspects within AP II, as well as bridging communication between business partners and AP II. The wider AP II business portfolio will be fully supported by Commercial Care," explained Muhammad Awaluddin.

AP II itself also has Customer Care services as an information and service center for service users or aircraft passengers at all AP II airports.

Revenue optimization
Director of Commercial AP II Ghamal Peris Aulia said Commercial Care can optimize revenue.

“The launch of Commercial Care is based on input from business partners after we coordinated with partners since last year. In our opinion, Commercial Care, which can be easily reached via Whatsapp, is also the right channel in bridging AP II with thousands of commercial business partners."

Ghemal Peris Aulia added that commercial partners and the public can obtain information about programs and activities of the commercial division, starting from how to become a partner to the mechanism for participating in procurement through Commercial Care.

In addition, this unit can also receive and follow up on complaints and suggestions related to commercial activities.

“Commercial partners and the public are expected to not hesitate to inquire about business activities and programs managed by the commercial division, as well as being able to submit complaints and suggestions regarding commercial activities with service and integrity. We hope that Commercial Care can strengthen the application of AKHLAK values (Many, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative) within AP II," said Ghamal Peris Aulia.
